Content & License
You retain ownership of the images you upload. By using the service you grant us a limited license to process, store, and deliver results. We grant you a license to use the generated headshots under the commercial license noted at purchase — review purchase terms for detail.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the services for unlawful purposes, for harassment, or to create content that violates rights or policy (e.g., deepfakes of private individuals without consent). Violations may lead to suspension or termination and forfeiture of fees where appropriate.
Warranty Disclaimers & Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service during the preceding 12 months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms or abuse the service. You may terminate your account at any time via your account settings; paid fees are subject to our refund policy.
